Ep 5: Chef AJ: How can we each make a difference?

Ep 5: Chef AJ

“People can come to their own guilt around not wanting to be a part of that. But if we push it on them and say, “you should feel badly about supporting this,” that’s where people shut down and stop hearing us.”

In this episode…

Chef AJ has been advocating for animals for 44 years. Through the years, she’s experimented with various strategies, and shares her insights on what’s worked for her, when, and that journey. She talks about “getting them in the door,” by understanding where people are coming from, and keeping it joyful, a message we keep hearing - because people learn better when they’re entertained, and because nobody wants to be around angry people!

Chef AJ keeps it real, and entertaining.
